Email Security Web Interface

1. Web Interface

• The web interface gives each user the ability to access and manage their emails.
• From the home page individuals can search and restore archived mail, identify and release quarantined mail, and
   add or remove domains from their white/blacklist.

2. Mail Quarantine

• Users receive daily reports notifying them to the number of emails in quarantine.
• Users can quickly identify and release legitimate mail from the possible spam category.

 

• Quarantined Inbound Possible Spam

Quarantined mail is stored for 30 days before being cleared, if not released.

 

• Quarantine Search and Action

Flexible search functionality gives users the ability to identify legitimate emails quickly.
One click releases quarantined mail to their inbox, adds it to their white/blacklist or deletes it permanently.

 

• Administration of White/Blacklist

Users have the ability to manage their own white/blacklist.
Add or remove addresses quickly through the web interface

3. Administrator Home Page

• Administrators have the ability to create, delete and manage accounts across the domain.
